"I love cooking with wine...sometimes, I even put it in the food!" I saw this quote on a magnet years ago, and got a good laugh out of it! Feel free to bring your own favorite bottles of wine to enjoy while I prepare and serve each small plate. Our recipes will include:

Red Wine Onion Jam on Brie Toast

Lobster Risotto with Pea Shoots and Parmesan

Champagne and Dijon Marble Potatoes

Wine and Herb Poached Halibut with Wilted Spinach and Crispy Shallots

Port Cake with Riesling Poached Pears and Red Wine Reduction

Chef’s Table (enjoy while we cook for you)
