A Chef's Life Date Night, August 16, 6:30-9:00

$220.00
Waitlist

We’re headed to the south to explore some of Vivian Howard’s recipes from her restaurant and show, “A Chef’s Life”. Fresh and farm-to-table focused, Vivian’s recipes couple delicious home-grown ingredients with a bit of decadence. Tomato Pie is one of the first recipes that caught our eye and demands the freshest heirloom tomatoes. Blueberry BBQ chicken, charred cabbage and apple slaw, a summer salad with green beans, peaches and bacon and Strawberry Shortcake with Basil Whipped Cream and Coconut Cornbread for dessert. Join us as we celebrate summer in the south!

Hands-on (1 registration is for 2 people)

Instructors: Chefs Susan and Paul Shaltry
