








Malibu Farm Date Night, August 2, 6:30-9:00
Located on the Malibu pier, in the heart of California surf country, stands a farm-to-table restaurant that attracts the locals as well as those visiting the area. Focusing on fresh and unfussy food, the owner encourages us to create memorable meals that make every day a beach day! From her cookbook, Sunrise to Sunset, we will cook up some of the recipes that have become staples on her restaurant menus. The cauliflower crust pizza, her number one-selling item, will be our first course that will be topped with lemon juice dressed arugula, heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Grilled artichokes with artichoke aioli to snack on while we await the main course which will be The Whole Fillet Fish Taco. This dish consists of a whole grilled fish for a couple to share along with corn tortillas and other fixings to make tacos just the way you like them.
