Mix and Match Indian, July 22, 5:30-7:30

Today’s menu is a mix of simplicity and royalty. We will get a taste of the stratified society of India through these recipes.

Potato Fritters (Deep fried potato balls cooked with spices)

Chickpea Appetizer (A simple chickpea dish cooked with dry roasted spices and herbs)

Keema Pulao (A fragrant white rice cooked with ground turkey and spices)

Chicken Rezala (A delicious chicken dish fragrant with yogurt and spices)

Rice Pudding

Chef’s Table (you will sit around the island, the chef cooks and teaches little tricks of the trade while you taste and savor the food). Recipes will be provided.
