What's in Season; Cooking with Seasonal Ingredients, August 20, 6:00-8:30

So many types of fresh produce are now available year-round, it's hard to know what is actually 'in season'! I will compile several of my favorite recipes that include truly seasonal ingredients for this time of year. Join me for a fun evening around the Farmhouse island, where you get a front-row seat to a delightfully fresh assortment of creative seasonal dishes! The 3-course meal will include fresh local beef, and the produce that you can expect to see in my recipes, sourced from our local farmers' markets: Tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet corn, peppers, swiss chard, peaches, and blackberries.
